PPforest 0.1.3 (2022-09-09)

• This is the fourth release of the package, minor changes were included.
• Since R 4.2.0 switched to use HTML5 for documentation pages. Fix problems in the HTML generated from package Rd files.
• Changed some deprecated functions.
